Fine to Medium eyelash extensions are extremely gentle, soft and as light as a feather on your natural lashes. People will think you where born with them as they resemble your natural lashes with our special application technique. You can still create an extremely glamorous look with fine to medium lashes, it’s all in the application and how many eyelash extensions are applied to your natural lashes. The finer (thickness) the lash the less prone you are to damaging your natural lashes due to the weight, longevity and other factors which you can discuss with your technician when deciding the thickness and style of your eyelash extensions.

We take eyelash extension application very seriously and we want to avoid any breakage or damage to our clients natural lashes, but its also very important you look after your eyelash extensions to maintain healthy lashes when you leave salon with our aftercare steps, we strongly recommend Medici lash recovery serum to ensure your natural lashes stay strong and healthy, similar reasons to why we use shampoo, conditioner and treatments on our hair, to keep our hair strong and shiny. These special products where developed to avoid our hair from becoming brittle, this is why lash recovery serum was developed to avoid brittle natural lashes, to ensure our natural lashes continue to grow strong and healthy whilst maintaining our eyelash extensions. The healthier your natural lashes the better your extensions will look.

Seka's Beauty Case @101 Darley Beauty Collective we take DAMAGE FREE eyelash extensions seriously by using the best products and correct technique, we believe in quality eyelashes not quantity. The glue used for your eyelash extension is of the highest quality, fume free and odour-less and the eyelashes are of the highest quality. The bond (adhesive) where the eyelash extension is attached to the natural eyelash should not be visible, it should just slot in with your natural lash line. You can most certainly feel confident that you will walk out looking and feeling truly amazing and give you the boost you are looking for.

When lashes are applied properly they can last up to 4 weeks, depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. For the best results we recommend you maintain your eyelash extension in-fills every two to three weeks if you would to continue with your eyelash extensions we generally do not recommend 4 weeks. As the extensions are directly attached to the natural lashes, they will fall out as per your normal lash cycle, which can be anywhere between 14-21 days. So, whilst the extensions WILL NOT cause lashes to fall out prematurely, they will fall out as part of the ordinary life cycle of the natural eyelash or as the bonds weaken, hence the need for in-fills every 2-3weeks.

It is highly recommended that the process of removing the eyelash extensions is only performed by using the correct product and procedure that removes the bonds within 20-30 minutes without causing any damage or weakening of the natural lashes, this process is pain free and is to be conducted by your beautician. Like all cosmetic products, there are some individuals who may be allergic to this particular adhesive. Allergic reactions are extremely rare however, and subside normally as soon as the extensions are removed. If you have extreme latex/band-aid allergies, you may be at higher risk of a reaction. If your have had an allergic reaction to any eyelash extensions before (swollen, puffy eyelids and under eye area) we do not recommend getting lash extensions again - as you will be allergic to most adhesives. If you do have an allergic reaction, you must seek medical attention and we will need to remove the extensions as soon as possible.

NEVER remove your eyelash extensions by vigorously pulling at them or trying to peel them away from your natural lash as this may result in breaking or pulling out your natural lash along with your extension. However, this will not cause permanent breakage or fewer eyelashes as the natural eyelashes will most certainly grow back as a result of the natural eyelash growth cycle.. EYELASH EXTENSION do not damage your natural eyelashes if cared for properly. Your natural eyelashes continue to grow healthy and strong whilst the eyelash extension is bonded to your natural lashes. I also strongly recommend purchasing our specially formulated Long Life Coating to prolong the life of the eyelash extensions.

Our specialisied formulated bonding adhesive allows you to shower, swim, exercise, sleep and spa worry free while wearing your extensions. Your can enjoy these lashes with little need to adjust your lifestyle. You must not swim, spa, exercise or wet the lashes for at least 12 hours (24 hours is recommended) after the procedure to allow the bonding agent to completely cure after the application.

You may apply mascara (24 hours after application), if you like the mascara look, but there is really know need and this is the advantage of having extensions. You can purchase our specially formulated mascara our salon. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara along with any type of oil based mascara will dissolve the bonding agent and cause the lash extensions to fall off.

We strongly recommended using EyEnvy Lash Recover Serum with Triple Lipopeptide Complex (Anti-Ageing Booster for Lash Recovery) #1 salon exculsive lash conditioner. Triple Lipopeptide Complex promotes and enhances the appearance of length and thickness of the lashes in only two weeks. In-fills are based on time which may differ for every client. The first 5-15 minutes is dedicated to removing any traces of eye makeup or residue from products around the hairline of eyelashes, removing any existing eyelash extensions that require removal as the extensions have grown out, loose, not positioned correctly or the glue has deteriorated, this process of going through the existing extensions is called balancing and preparation for an "in-fill". We balance and prepare in order to create a tidy and even eye palette to work from. Eyelash Extension removal is not included in the special offer price an additional charge of $50 applies. It is highly recommended for best results that a full dissolve of the existing eyelash extensions is performed after your 4th or 5th in-fill. The dissolve takes approximately 30 minutes. The dissolve does not harm (breakage or weakening) your natural eye lashes.

The difference between the Eyelash Extension sets is not the length but the amount of eyelash extensions applied and the time spent making your extensions look amazingly natural, glamorous or super star. The more lashes applied (Glamorous Eyelashes) the more natural the eyelash extensions look as there is no noticeable difference between your own natural lashes and the extensions. Eyelash extension in-fills are required 1-3 weeks to ensure the eyelash extensions retain their beautiful volume and to avoid the eyelash extensions from twisting and looking sparse. The longevity of eyelash extensions is different for all clients some eyelash extensions may last longer on clients depending on life style, hair cycle and aftercare. The in-fill fee will apply according to how long the in-fill appointment is required (depending on how many eyelash extensions are left) to ensure your eyelash extensions maintain their volume and look glamorous. Your technician will determine this at your appointment.

After 15 years experience in Eyelash Extensions at Seka's Beauty Case @101 Darley Beauty Collective we strongly recommend the Glamorous or Volume Eyelash Extension application to achieve the BEST possible result, whether it be volume (thickness) or length you are looking for. All prices for eyelash extension in-fills have been determined after 10 years experience of working closely with Eyelash Extensions and understanding the application to ensure the longevity of your Eyelash Extensions and the well being of your natural eyelashes.

Eyelash Extensions will not damage your natural lashes nor break your natural lashes if applied correctly (glue application is extremely important), this takes plenty of professional experience and time in the eyelash extension industry. You should never be able to see the bond or clumping of glue on your eyelash. Correct application is the key to beautiful eyelash extensions. At Seka's Beauty Case @101 Darley Beauty Collective we want to ensure our clients are completely satifisied as we pride ourselves on our high quality workmanship especially when working with the delicate eye area. The time your technician advises to be assigned to your appointment is to ensure your eyelash extensions are always looking perfect after each in-fill, this is a vital part of maintaining your eyelash extensions to avoid breakage, twisting and improve the longevity. Aftercare for your Eyelash Extensions is extremely important please ask your technician for the aftercare brochure and speak to her about any questions you may have. In order to have and maintain Eyelash Extensions you need to look after them and look after your natural eyelashes. "refer to the Aftercare instructions below".

It is important you make your appointment on the day of your initial appointment to secure a spot to ensure your eyelash extensions are always looking good and well maintained!

Prior to your Appointment
Remove all eye makeup and clean your lashes preferably with an oil free make up remover
  Do not use moisturiser or petroleum based products before application of eyelash extension
  Do not wear mascara
Do not curl or perm the lashes as this may hinder the eyelash extension application process
Remove contact lenses. If you are wearing your contacts to the appointment bring you contact case to store them in during the procedure
Set aside ample time for your appointment (time will vary depending on eyelash extension application) the application generally takes between 90 to 150 minutes.

After Care Instructions:
Do not get your eyelash extensions wet for the first 24 hours
Avoid frequent use of Saunas
After swimming in chlorine or sea water rinse eyelash extensions with fresh water
Avoid rubbing your eyes and pulling out the lashes
Never wear waterproof mascara
Only water based mascara can be used after 24 hours
Do not use any products that contain Alcohol as it will dry the eyelash extensions and weaken the glue
Avoid using make-up wipes to remove eye make-up as it may pull out eyelashes
Use oil free soapy gentle cleanser to thoroughly remove eye make-up on daily basis
   Gently wash (small circular motions) around hairline of eyelashes 2-3 times per week
Do not perm or tint lashes after extensions have been applied
Do not use mechanical eyelash curler-(use only heater curler)
Schedule in-fills
Avoid any products that are petroleum based (make-up) as this will effect the longevity of your eyelash extensions

Do your research and choose a therapist with professional training and experience. Your therapist should be trained in all aspects of safety and correct application. Some places are cheaper but their technicians have had very little training or no training at all. All technicians have been trained at Seka's Beauty Case @101 Darley Beauty Collective.

Regardless of the cost and the time spent having them applied you don’t walk out with:

   Glue clumps
   Eyelashes going in the wrong direction
   Eyelashes that were too long or short because you didn’t get a say in the length
   Eyelashes that are one size all the way across the eye, no incrementation

On confirming your booking, a non-refundable deposit (50%)is required to secure the date. This amount is deducted from your total fee, with the balance due on or before your event. Please note that surcharges apply to travel, early starts before 5am, public holidays, and for car parking in the inner city and restricted locations. 15% surcharge on mobile appointments + travel surcharge.

Travel surcharge 20km - $50 (to and from) each way

Travel surcharge 30km - $75 (to and from) each way

Travel surcharge 40km - $100 (to and from) each way
