Eyelash extensions are single or flare strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to individual eyelashes, one lash at a time, for a natural, elegant and luscious look. Eyelash extensions are perfect for special occasions as well as for every day wear.

Seka’s Beauty Case uses only the best products, the glue used for your eyelash extension is of the highest quality, fume free and odourless and the eyelashes are of the highest quality too. When lashes are applied properly they can last up to 12 weeks, depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. You will probably want touch-ups every three to four weeks if you would to continue with your lash extensions. Because the extensions are directly attached to the natural lashes, they will fall out as the normal lash cycle progresses, which can be anywhere between 30-90 days. So, whilst the extensions WILL NOT cause lashes to fall out prematurely, they will fall out as part of the ordinary life of the natural eyelash or as the bonds weaken, hence the need for in-fills every 3-4 weeks. It is highly recommended that the process of removing the eyelash extensions is only performed by using the correct product and procedure that removes the bonds within 15 minutes without causing any damage or weakening of the natural lashes, this process is pain free and relaxing and is to be conducted by your beautician for very little cost.

NEVER remove your eyelash extensions by vigorously pulling at them or trying to peel them away from your natural lash as this may result in breaking or pulling out your natural lash along with your extension. However, this will not cause permanent breakage or fewer eyelashes as the natural eyelashes will most certainly grow back as a result of the natural eyelash growth cycle.. EYELASH EXTENSION do not damage your natural eyelashes if cared for properly. Your natural eyelashes continue to grow healthy and strong whilst the eyelash extension is bonded to your natural lashes. I also strongly recommend purchasing our specially formulated Long Life Coating to prolong the life of the eyelash extensions.

Our specially formulated bonding agent allows you to shower, swim, exercise, sleep and spa worry free while wearing your extensions. Your can enjoy these lashes with little need to adjust your lifestyle. You must not swim, spa, exercise or wet the lashes 8 hours after the procedure to allow the bonding agent to fully cure after the application.

You may apply mascara, if you like the mascara look, but there is really know need and this is the advantage of having extensions. You can purchase our specially formulated mascara from Seka’s Beauty Case. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara along with any type of oil based mascara will dissolve the bonding agent and cause the lash extensions to fall off.

The application process is pain-free and relaxing, in fact many clients fall asleep during the procedure. The extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. Eyelash Extension removal is not included in the special offer price an additional charge of $15 applies. It is highly recommended for best results that a full dissolve of the existing eyelash extensions is performed after your 4th or 5th refill. The dissolve takes approximately 15-20 minutes. The dissolve does not harm (breakage or weakening) your natural eye lashes.

The difference between the sets is not length but the amount of lashes and time spent making them individual. The more lashes applied the more natural it looks as there is no noticeable difference between your own natural lashes and the extensions.

Prior to your Appointment

· Remove all eye makeup and clean your lashes preferably with an oil free make up remover
· Do not use moisturiser or petroleum based products before application of eyelash extension
· Do not wear mascara
· Do not curl the lashes as this may hinder the eyelash extension application process
· Remove contact lenses. If you are wearing your contacts to the appointment bring you contact case to store them in during the procedure
· Set aside ample time for your appointment (time will vary depending on eyelash extension application) the application generally takes between 90 to 150 minutes. Touch ups can be done in as little as 15 to 45 minutes.

At Seka’s Beauty Case we specialise in repairing poorly applied lashes.

Do your research and choose a therapist with professional training and experience. Your therapist should be trained in all aspects of safety and correct application. Some places are cheaper but their technicians have had very little training or no training at all. Seka’s Beauty Case has been trained by Lash Haven.

Regardless of the cost and the time spent having them applied you don’t walk out with:

· Glue clumps
· Eyelashes going in the wrong direction
· Eyelashes that were too long or short because you didn’t get a say in the length
· Eyelashes that are one size all the way across the eye, no incrementation
· Eyelashes applied to close to the eye causing irritation from the rubbing of the extension
· Infection from cross contamination and poor sanitisations techniques
