About Lizzie

Lizzie has been involved in the health and fitness industry for many years, most recently operating a successful Personal Training business. As a busy working Mum, she has identified the need for safe, convenient, time and cost effective ways to manage the up-keep of a healthy, glowing body from the inside out. It is with this in mind that she launched her cohesive mobile spray tanning service. Her experience involves preparing body sculptors for competition; preparing brides for their big day and assisting in keeping her clients healthy by offering a substitute to baking in the damaging sun.
