If you are running late (10-15 minutes) for your appointment please notify us, as it may result in having to re-schedule your appointment to another time or day depending on our schedule for the day.

If you require to cancel your appointment please ring through as we are always appreciative of your honesty, cancellation fee will not apply. 

Cancellation fee of 50% (booked treatment) will only apply for no shows.
